Ms. Way received her Paralegal Certificate from Friends University, American Institute of Paralegal Studies in 1992. Prior to that she attended Kansas State University where she received a B.A. Liberal Arts. She is currently pursuing the CEPA (Certified Estate Planning Assistant) certification.
Ms. Way has worked as a legal assistant to Michael L. McCafferty, Attorney at Law, since 1992.
Prior to entering the legal field, Ms. Way served as Vice President of Merchandise for Cricket Alley for 11 years.
